I would run the deca higher-400.
well firstly i wouldnt taper the sust down to 250mg run it at 500mg throughout, secondly 200mg deca is a low dose and imo would only be useful t help joints, up it to 400 as said by roidattack, but
another thing, deca should be run a week shorter than test

thanks for the help, one more thing. I am totally paranoid about pills, I don't even take asprin. Is the D-Bol going to make me feel different or anything like that ???
