    What is the best to take while on a cycle, a good weight gainer or just whey protein.

    I'm always on the go so i don't have time to get all the meals at regular times.

    whey, casein
    some vits, flaxseed and dextrose for post workout

    Multi-vit, Flaxseed oil, vit B6, dex, glucosamine chondroitin for joints/pains and whey protein. I wouldn't rely on the protein too much so try and get nearly all your protein intake from whole foods. If you struggle to add mass then you could maybe incorparate a weight gainer into your diet, but beware of ones filled with sugar and crap.
