sleeping habits while on gear >?
just curious what kind of changes in sleeping habits ur all getting while on gear..i have a hard time sleeping more than 6 hours a night now..thats a few less than before on the gear..i know i need to sleep to grow but i dont like takin too many sleeping pills ect.

I sleep 9hrs ed at least but I all so take amben, meleton, or some sleeping pill.
NO SLEEPY NO GROWWY

all so i read some where ( a person who sleeps 10hrs a day will burn more fat and produce more gh) but who knows. But then agin I sleep alot and am 6%bf year round with a burger king diet.

i sleep a good solid 8 to 9 hours. it just takes tiring yourself out during the day. since your on gear then you should work out a little harder and be more tired at the end of the day when it comes time for bed

my sleeping patterns don't change at all....get a solid 8 hrs every night

Mine really don't change till I get on the tren than I have to bring out the heavy artillery like ambien, a little valium, perhaps some xanax.

u usually sleep for 10 hours then lay in my bed for 2 more
