Help with t-3 and Clenbuterol

Hey guys...
I was going to start to take cytomel (t-3) and clenbuterol but dont know the dosage exactly

I was going to cycle like this

cytomel: 6 weeks (starting to take 25mcg:week 1 and up the dosage by 25mcg each week till 100mcg)

clenbuterol: 8 weeks ( starting with only 1 and adding up till i reach 5 e/day)

Please help cause I dont think that is the correct way, cause there are many people who told me that the clenbuterol has to be takin 2 days on 2 days off!!!!

I am going a full straight 6 weeks on Clen and am currently up to 6/day as this increases my temps just enough Next week, week 3...I will add Benadryl for a week to bring receptors back in check.
