im 22 on the edge to start m1t prosteroids, is this a good idea? ive been reading a lot of the post and cannot come to a conclusion....im training on a regular at the gym 2-3x a week and would like to try m1t to boost and enhance my performance, i do not want to gain weight, i want to tone and shape:) plz help, all suggestions are welcome:)
First of all, are you male?
2nd....m1t is a drug that is very harsh on the system, and is an actual steroid.
I would pick something that isn't hepatoxic(if you are male,otherwise just stay away from the stuff).
And BTW you can "tone" naturally easily..
How long have you been working out?
How is your diet?
im a girl, i heard roids do wonders on women if taken in moderations....i read a lot of the womens post and most agree that roids help them enhance their workout, appearance and energy throughout the day? what is your experience with m1t? should i take it before cardio classes? maybe even just 10mg on days i train?

If you want to do steroids, you need to research A LOT more, steroids can be far more harmful to women then to men.
A lot of steroids will make you lose your femine features.
There are only a select few females should use, and those should be used in low doses.
I'm not going to give you any cycle advice since i don't know enough about female steroid use.
