Dude, 55lbs. LBM in 6 months?!? That is awesome. What did you weigh when you started, 100lbs? As for the steroids, it sounds like you have a lot of researching to do, but you came to the right place. I reccomend starting the steroid profiles and reading up on them.

This seems more like a weak plug for that program you linked.

I've seen that site, and i think its bogus, and i think its owner likes whoring the web URL on lifting forums. Sorry i dont believe you gained 55 pounds LBM in 6 months. Dont mean to be rude.

Looks like someone is trying to pimp an overpriced workout program.... after you pay him the $80 for this great "secret", it'll probably be just common sense advice that is available for free on forums like these.

Exactly, theres no workout method out there that works that way, otherwise everyone would know it, its not like it could be kept a secret, especially on this shitass geocities wannabe page.
