    running while on a bulker?

When I start my bulking cycle, I want to pick up the least amount of extra bf% possible. Is it okay to say run every morning, or would that be counterproductive?

I think running everyday is too much on a bulker. Twice a week is probably ok IMO.

I still think that's too much. But hey, I guess it depends on your goals, current stats, and cycle. IMO I think that's too much but if it works for you go for it. Some juicers do zero cardio when bulking. good luck

Running is going to consume calories that your body would otherwise use to build muscle and raise you BMR so you will burn off even more calories. If you decide to run, make sure you eat more--if you can!
