    Unhappy PAIN>>>PLEASE HELP

    what up guys im an asshole and i made a big mistake it looks like...i was taking winny shots in my delts and quads and was too sore to take it there again and i went for the glute...like an asshole i used a 1 inch pin because thats all i had bc i never planned on shotting in my glutes...i did one in the right and one in the left, and my left side is now like hardeneded up and im in so much ****ing pain..theres a hard bump in my ass and i was wondering if nething like this has happened to any of you or any idea what i should do bc im kinda worried...thanks

    relax dude... basic mistake. Go 1 1/2 inch in the glute from now on. Not much you can do. heat and massage will help break it up... will take about 3-5 days and you will be all good. Peace.

    should dissapate over time deep massage hurts but works. light massage after an injection is a good idea too.

    Yeah, keep a heating pad on the glute for a while, and massage it from time to time. It should lessen in a few days.
