    How Much Did You Gain On Your First Cycle?

    How much did you gain on your first cycle? I went from 180lbs to 200lbs and my bench went from 305lbs to 375. I think I got good results because I trained naturaly for 8 (off and on) before I juced.

    sus. 500mg week 10 weeks

    deca 300mg/wk for 10 weeks

    went from 170 to 185 and my bench went from 200 to 275

    First cycle, Test E 400mg/week divided into 2 shots, gained 30lbs, kept 20. Bench went from 185single to 250single. That was about 3 years ago.

    my first ran cycle on Dianabol metabolin put 25lbs on in four wks... bench jumped up quite a bit.

    My first was test e 500mg wk for 10 weeks with 30mg dbol for the first four weeks. Gained 21lbs keep 14lbs.

    25mg dbol per day + 200mg deca per week for 4 weeks 12 solid pounds

    it was deca & test e i gained alot but i cant remeber

    i will let u know when im finished ,but halfway thru test,deca and ive gained 12-15lbs and weight have gone up 25% on everything..`leg press shot up from 800lbs to over 1000lbs for 6 reps no prob..i really havnt noticed any water weight like my trianing partner has but he gained over 20lbs allready same cycle..only difference is i take nolva he doesnt and i think my diet is a little better than his..

    i did sus250 and deca i gained 14 punds lost 1.2% body fat and my inclind db press went from 90 pounds to 115 my flat went from 95 to 120 pound dumbbells i could have gone up in weight but my body was telling me no

    Gained 35lbs, retained a lot of water in the process. Probably around 20-25lbs solid

    ~25lb's and got significantly leaner (lost 3-4% bf)
