how after you have been hitting the weights hard for 4-5 months and then for whatever reason you miss a week or two at the gym and you actually start looking better than you did while busting your ass everyday? Maybe its just me but when I lay off the weights for a week or two every now and then, I shed fat in a dramatic fashion. I'm sure some of it is muscle as well but when I go back to the gym I usually pick up right where I left off without any strength reductions. Anybody else notice this?
