Do you ever notice.....
how after you have been hitting the weights hard for 4-5 months and then for whatever reason you miss a week or two at the gym and you actually start looking better than you did while busting your ass everyday? Maybe its just me but when I lay off the weights for a week or two every now and then, I shed fat in a dramatic fashion. I'm sure some of it is muscle as well but when I go back to the gym I usually pick up right where I left off without any strength reductions. Anybody else notice this?

happens to me too,it gives your body some time to recover.

If I miss 2 weeks, I will come back weak as f***. usually one week I will pick up where I left off.

I am going to go ahead and tell you now, I used to bust my A*S in the weightroom, 6 days out of the week. Now, I only lift 2 days a week, and am growing like crazy. Your body has to have time to recover. I lift every monday and thursday.
