well i would use at least 500 mg per week
for a first timer, 500 mg / week is great. I wouldn't go more than that just so you know how your body responds to it. Next cycle, add another compound and try like 750 mg / week... DOn't go overboard too fast, you will only have problems.
I say atleast 400mg but some on here have gotin great results from just 250mg for there first cycle. And what are your stats that kind of plays a role.
i would do 500mg a week for 12 weeks

2 years ago when i did my first i went with 250 mg with very good results
I started with 250/wk now up to 750/wk. This is my first cycle and I've gained about 10lbs and my strength is great. I will tapper down in the last few weeks and then do pct. I'm pretty happy with results but I think I could tweak my diet and life style and have some kick ass gains. But thats for next time.
