Lets say you pick up an injury from a blow of some sort, its quite possible for small amounts of blood to leak into the muscle, your body will dispose of this in its own way through the lymphatic system. The amount of blood we are talking about is nothing. Just push it out of the syringe if you are not happy with it and restick, just dont touch anything while your doing it. Hell change the needle to be completely safe.
