    Unhappy Trying 2 eat w/ test flu

    Got the flu yesterday. Could barly eat. To I have been trying to choke down my regular meals. Feel like puking every bite, but still havn't missed any cals. Dam this is hard. Do any of you cut some cals on the flu? Or just choke it down

    never had it that bad where i couldn't eat, i just ate through it and drank alot of protein shakes,wasn't much fun either, but it works.

    I just got over it i had it for 3 days the shakes i could only downed so many until i puked its hard to suck it up and down imo when u have the test flu food is disgusting and i cud barely eat its a pain
