Hey guys, i've started my var and liquid clen summer cycle. I was just curious as to when i should start seeing some results....everything is in check....i've noticed my strength is up some...got 100's db on incline bench today....for 7....so yeah, how long should it normally take, im not tryin to rush it...just curious on a general time frame??..Thanks
Sounds like you are already seeing reasults, with the strength. Diet will determine the rest

I noticed the pumps before anything else after about one week to 10 days- insane pumps.
What do you guys run the VAR at as far as mgs per day and how often do you take it per day.
It is my understanding that you need to break up the dosages of it because of its short 1/2 life.
I think the half life is 9 hrs I run it twice a day at a total of 60mg ED
Im getting great pumps form Var now its been 8 days and pumps are great so far..
Im doing 60 a day 30 in the am 30 in the pm
Test e 750 a week
I ran var for 8 weeks @ 40mg per day. I saw strength gains after about 7 along with some great pumps.

she normally spends 20 mins on the stepper machine, then the rest of the night on my cock!....it works out well as u can see!! hahahaha
i take 40 mgs per day, 20 when i get up and 20 around 1ish.....should i hold the last 20 mgs off until around 7 at night?? orr......
