did the outside head of tri with no probs
On the Bi's:
Lay elbow on table, find a spot halfway up from the inside bend of the elbow, and move a tiny bit over towards the chest, inject 1.5 inches deep and slow. First one hurt like a muthah, all the others were easy as a prom queen!
On Tri's:
Twist arm so that you can see the tri head and inject into the closest one to you, I.E., the outside tri head muscle. 45 degree angle and go about 1 inch deep.
Tris never hurt at all!

tri's...never had a pain during injection, outer head...
sore the following days for me, but everyone is different. nothing worth crying about...i like the pain. keeps me informed that i got something cookin' in there!
when I turn my arm to do try injections, my muscle flexes, is it ok to still inject it even when flexed a lil?
My tri always flexes as well, its all about being slow and deliberate with the needle. If you move it around, it will cause brusing, otherwise, flexed or not, it doesn't matter much!
