there are plenty of drugs you can take to keep water weight down, in fact, if you've never heard of or used any such things, you must be very new to all this. what cycle is this for you, number...? what kind of test are you running? deca does cause more bloat than say EQ or winny, enanthate more than prop...without knowing your doses, it's hard to help you, but run about .25-.5mg arimidex and your bloat should be minimal...research more for proper PCT...

also, test suspension has no ester attached, so you will put on no water with it... i love suspension.

Right now I'm doin 500 test/400 deca and 4 weeks of 30mg dbol ed. I'm in the 4th fourth and feelin great, but I just want to get my gear ready for next time cuz sourcing seems to get harder day by day for good gear. Yeah I'm runnin .50 of liquidex and 20mg of nolva too. Thanks

well, crap son, you tell me? with ldex and nolva, you shouldnt be retaining hardly any water, i mean, i know "everyone's different"...your diet is key too, if that's f'ed up, then it really doesnt matter what your takin'...prop/tren/winny = great cycle, test = water retention (without proper anc. meds)Quote:

your gear doesnt suck..just has to be shot on a more regular basis for full effect, but you can still get great results from 2 shots a week.
you'll have a little more water retention with enanthate than prop, but you're still gonna want to run some adex/nolva, so again, it shouldnt be a problem. yes, tren and winny in the mix will help you build lean muscle and burn some fat...and if you're interested, go to the diet forum and post your "clean" diet, you may be further off than you think. prop needs to be everyday or every other day, same as trenA and winny.
Im doing test e first and then winny. I heard thats better for keeping gains.
Also, remember "fight fire with fire".... the more water you drink, the less retention you get ;)
