To run clen and T3 with deca and sus

Hey guys I just wanted first to say I've spent several months just reading past and present post and have learned so much, so obvious questions I pretty much won't ask. I am however concerned about running Clen , T3 along with my cycle. Some post say its more potent to run along the cycle and others say its better to run after. Can someone help with some soundly advice.
