cycle for my friend???
i have done 2 prop cycles and got very good gains
my friend is 24 i think, about 5'11" and maybe around 200lbs
he has pretty good size but not alot of definition
he has a little bit of a gut to
what is a good cycle to hook him up with that would give him some more size, strength, and definition?

A sound diet first and foremost, and cardio. Have him run those two together for 3 months or so to see if he can hang, then perhaps look further into it. If he doesn't have his shit together now in that regard, nothing he "takes" is going to make him look as he wishes to look.

his diet is not bad
he is in pretty good shape just not abs really
any cycle opinions?

Improving the diet to match the goals would be better than "not bad".
