Hi guys!

Im going on my first cykle soon and have some questions. Ive done deca alone before but with little or none results.

After reading around ive diceded to run test alone.

Do you prefer test cypionate or enth or even maybe sustanon ?

And for pct is clomid. besides nolva, enogh or do i need some hcg too?

test e or c it don't matter i would say no to sust for 10 or 12 wee's

clomid nolva for pct no need for hcg

test enanthate will do fine ,no need for sust due to more shoots u have to take ,run 500mgs per week for 10 weeks then clomid for your pct.

I do Test E every Friday and Monday.

500mg test e 10-12 weeks,split into two shots 250mg each mond-thur.
have nolva on hand through the cycle just in case of gyno,soon as you have taken the last shot of test take 20mg nolva ed throughout pct and 1 week after,
14 days after last shot of test start clomid.
day1 300mg clomid
day2-7 100mg clomid ed
day8-21 50mg clomid ed.

If you're considering a cycle then I assume your diet is spot on? You're eating 2g of protein for every lbs of body weight? Your training is fine tuned and regular? You're at least 21?

If so then test alone is definetly a good "first real" cycle. Test E or Test C at 500mg wk, 10-12 weeks is a great cycle. Don't bother with sust, it's a good compound, but it has it's own little quirks (to be usefull it must be shot at least EOD).

Liquidex, proviron or letro to prevent estrogen production, have nolva on hand just in case, and clomid for PCT.

Why does sustanon need to be injected EOD? Wont 2x or 1x/week be fine?

sustanon if used correctly to get the most out of it SHOULD be taken eod because of the shorter actin ester in it,but you can take it twice weekly just that you wont get the most out of it,plus you have more chances of sides becoz your blood levels will not be as stable.
