you could also try adding proviron as well as nolva
drinking more water=less bloat
also cut your sodium intake to a minimum
will adding both stop the gains?
Nolva stops the effects of estrogen production
Proviron stops the estrogen before it gets produced...
I personally use 50mg proviron ED and keep nolva on hand just in case.
Drink at least a gallon per day bro, not drinking enough water causes bloat (when the body lacks water, it attempts to conserve it and bloats you).

Letro is stronger than proviron, but it is probably more than you need. It' probably too much. You don't want to suppress too much estro or your libido will leave you. Not to mention the fact that it can lessen your gains to some degree.
Personally, I use a low dose of Adex (.25mg) for bloat and at times proviron for a little extra kick in the libido. Sometimes I need a little libido boost when running Deca or Tren with Test.

Thanx Redketchup. So using proviron and nolva would take care of any issues of gyno? Than say letro and nolva? I have used letro before to see what effect it would have on my gyno issues (not steroid related) @ 2.5mg every day. The loss of sex drive does not bother me and its back to normal now, although i feel i orgasm alot more quickly now for some reason :scratch:
Letro is a lot stronger than proviron bro, but of course that all depends on the individual and how much you use. They both prevent the formation of estrogen. Nolva doesn't prevent estrogen formation, but it blocks some of it's effects like gyno.
Large doses of letro destroy your libido, large doses of proviron can cause painfully hard and long lasting erections.
I guess the only way to decide qhat works best for you is to try them. I tried Adex, I tried letro, I tried proviron... I always had nolva on hand in case.
