dont buy from GNC, its a rip off.
stack with 300 grams of protien daily, and take some multi-vitamins. drink plenty of water
aight cool do you recomend any vitamens.... and 300 grams jesus man you got any recomendations on them meals
Definitely do what Iron horse said, and if ya want stack creatine during or post cycle you can.
I'd prefer post cycle because it's easy to get unmotivated when you start to see some of those postcycle gains dwindle away. Oh ya, use 10g of Glutamine every day. I wouldn't buy shit from GNC...you can get the same products soooo much cheaper over the internet. Do a search on yahoo or any search engine for "supplements".
