What do you guys think of a beginner's 10 week cycle of 400mg of Deca and 250 mg of Test E every week (Deca split into 2 shots). I am also taking 2 tabs of Proviron every day morning and night. This advice was brought to me from a guy who was competing for Mr. Greece. Thanks ahead of time
for your first cycle I'd drop the deca completely. Just run the test at say 500mg/week for 10 weeks.
if running deca at 400mg/week, you NEED AT LEAST 500 mg test/week. make sure to run the test one week longer than the deca.
Should have test dosage above deca dosage or the dreaded deca dick can still come into play! Oh no!! :cctit:
dont drop it u can lower its dose
for a 1st cycle i would drop the deca as sym has stated,test alone for a 1st cycle mate no need to use deca save it for your second course!
Test is all you need for first cycle...
Any sides you will know where it is from.
Also dont run deca highter then test.
Test E 500 a week >Monday 250Ml Thursday 250Ml
Also have all you PCT ready before you start..
You will need nova 10 ml a day and L-dex .25 a day
