    Thinking ahead (Advice needed)

I am now thinking about my training requirements for the winter. I would like to put some size on but not body fat. You see at my age it takes forever to loose body fat and I am still carrying far to much at the moment, Done all the ECA’s and low carb diets. It does move but very slowly.

Well enough moaning, with all the above in mind can any one suggest a good stack and diet for my winter training bulk up period?

All help and advice will be most welcome. Thank you in anticipation

diettng is realitively slow. Remember that 4 a kilo of fat u need to lose about 9000 kcal.

putting on size may require you to put on a few extra pounds of fat, which you can lose later when you are done bulking. don't screw yourself by not eating enough while bulking
