Is that a good first cycle?

I am 6' about 165 and looking to put on some more muscle.

But your not ready for steriod 's yet 6 foot and 165 pound's you have a lot to do natural first stay here research the diet forum's get your weight up then start a cycle

I put on 10 pounds natuarally but im not happy with that.

My body figure i think makes it hard to put on lots of muscle weight so i figure ill give my body a nice boost.

Looks good, some will tell you 250mg/wk isn't enough and you should bump it to 500mg/wk. I think 250mg/wk for a first cycle is just fine. You may want to save the d-bol for your next cycle though, just to see how your body reacts to aas. Don't forget about pct either.

look bro i know it's not what you wan't to hear but steriod 's arn't for you YET
getting big is about traing diet and rest steroids is just the icing on the cake if you carn't gain natural you will lose everything when it come's to PCT

500mg/w, anything less is more of a waste as you should do 2 injections a week too keep bloodbalance leveled.

That is a good simple cycle for 1st timer. I would increase the test to 500mg per week though for defo. I would also run nolva 10-20mg and maybe even some l-dex if you want to keep the bloat down bro.

Im not looking to get huge just yet, i just need to add a little weight and muscle, then i will see where that takes me.

personally for me 250mg weekly is just shuttin down your own test levels,i would suggest 500mg weekly.
