some advice..overtraining for a day?
bros hey i hit the gym htis morning in attempt to get my chest/tri workout done early, however i realized it was fathers day about 4 sets in to my chest and realized i better high tail it to my parents. i am on tren and prop and i really dont want to miss a chest/tri workout would it be overtraining if i hit it tonight and started the workout over or hit it tommorow from the beginning?

I would just start again tomorrow. But if you did go back tonight that's hardly called over training.
