A friend of mine would like to start his first cycle soon. He has been training for 5 years and is 21. He used to be pretty chubby and has managed to shed lots of fat. He asked me for advice as to what kind of 1st cycle he should do to keep leaning out.
I was thinking of something mild like this:
1-10 week: test enant at 300 mg weekly
1-10 week: Equipoise at 200 mg weekly
Nolva throughout the cycle at 20 mg daily and then PCT.
What do you guys think? Would this be an ok cycle for a beginner looking to lean out and add a bit of muscle?
