Am looking at taking Clen + winny tabs and EQ to loose some body fat wanna get down to about 10-12% or lower and add some muscle - would this be a good course or not? Please assist
I am currently
5.8" tall
30 years old
18% BF
I have taken juice before - and have been training for about a couple of years on and off
What are realistic targets in terms of losing body fat - with good diet and cardio 3-4 times a week - how much body fat should you be looking at loosing per week
Any assistance would be welcome

18 % body fat you should not be thinking of steriod's or fat burner's to lose weight you have a lot to do natural first like diet and cardio should be your main focus

Ok without the aid of Gear and fat burners what sort of body fat percentage (%) should I be looking at or aiming to lose say every 2 weeks - with good diet and cardio
and when should I consider taking Gear at what body fat %

i'am not sure what body fat but no more than 13% i would say

No steroid will burn fat bro. As stocky says make sure you have a good clean diet and perform cardio 5 times a week for 45 minutes. Drink plenty of water every day. Read the diet stickies for lots of help. If you come to a halt in your fat burning then you could maybe think about using clen/T3 to give you that extra boost.
