first time eq user how much should i frontload?

tomorow will be my first day runing eq ill be mixing with prop wich i started last week..

for a first timer to frontload eq should 600 for 2 weeks be enough then at third week back down to 400?

i did a search on frontloading and everyone comes up with their own way so im wondering how to properly frontload my eq since im a first time user of that compund.

it's normaly done double your dose for the first week then back down to normal dose

so if im planing to use 400 throughout the cycle i should be dosing 800 for the first week then starting off with 400 till the end of the cycle?

Screw front loading, run it at the same dose all the way through.
