If you're asking because you're skeered to inject, DONT!! It's really not that bad, you can do your quads which are right there in your lap! Very easy injections, hurts much less that forced reps on bench!
I prefer loading it up into the needle---heading for my arse with it, then suddenly stopping and writing my name on the wall with it--like when I went peepee as a youngster!

T200 is Testosterone Cypionate, it's not absorbed orally. It's a waste. It is absorbed intramuscularly (that's where you inject it!).
