i am just wondering... a 10ml bottle of test E... what is the amount in mg? I am confused my buddie is saying its 200mg... because i suggested a 500mg/week on test E.. he said i was crazy, that would kill me... but from what i have been heargin 500mg a week for a begginer is what everyone does... what does a 10ml bottle have.. i dont understand how u can measure mg in a liquid??? i need help

every bottle is diff..
some are 200mg/ml.. others are 250mg/ml
its the concentration of mg of hormone/ml of solution. Thus a common concentration of test e is 250mg/ml. Read the bottle, it should say on there what it is, most are different.
that makes more sense... so 500mg a week, is ideal for a begginer? isnt 200mg too little?
no bro i don think 200mg per week is too little for a first timer, but many others will disagree. i hink your results would be better with 500 but 200-250 for a first cycele is adequate IMO
I agree with nomore1324, that is by no means too much for you bro.
The key is to start out using the minimum that still allows you to make decent gains. You can try 250mg for a while and see what happens, if the results are not good enough bump it up to 400 or 500 ew.
Keep in mind that later cycles will require you to do more sauce to achieve similar results to the cycles before it.
I would suggest atleast 400mg for a first cycle. 200mg a week is just doubling your natty test production. S
So 400mg a week would mean 2 ml's per week for ya
in other words if you have a 250mg/ml bottle then the bottle has 2500mg total in it.
