Talk to me about frontloading....

ok guys. I never heard of front loading until I joined this site. So, will keep me from having to wait for weeks for my cycle to kick in or is it just a myth from the old days? How would I front load....500mg E and 400mg Deca on a 12 week cycle answer all please.

here's a link that explains frontloading.. i think the main purpose it to keep you test levels more consistens.
