Injection Site Rotation

I'm looking at taking Test Prop and Deca for my next cycle

Was thinking about using EOD injections for the Prop

Is there a big difference in side effects and gains between EOD and ED injections?

The main thing i'm thinking of at the moment is rotation of injection sites

I was planning on using my quads and glutes only they are hidden more than delts are (incase scar tissue develops)

I've written a plan for my injections and i would be using an injection site every 6 days

Is 6 days enough of a gap between using that particular site again or should it be longer?

What i mean is:
I couldn't inject into my left glute every single day - that's not gonna work
But could i do it every sixth day?

How long should i wait before reusing an injection site?

six day is what most of the knowledgeable guys on this board recommend, it is also what spotinjection.com recommends..

i find, though, that my quads can take allot and i use them sometimes every 3 days.

Just had another looked at the chart i've done

Some weeks it's only 4 days between injections at the same site

Actually, you need to spread out the injections a bit more. I guess I am not sure how you are doing the Math, but if you have 4 injection sites and are shooting EOD, then why wouldn't it work out to be every 8 days.

Expand yourself and try new sites. I personally use Glutes, Quads (actually two sites in Quads), Delts and Tris. Six days is about the bare minimum that I would space out injections.

The other thing you should be doing is using the smallest guage you can. I personally find that this damages less tissue and I recover quicker and less likely to have scar tissue develop.

I am using 4 different injection sites, but i'm using 2 different compounds

I'll be shooting the Prop EOD and the Deca every 3.5 days

Some days i'll be shooting both together, some days it'll just be 1 of them

That's why it doesn't work out as every eighth day

prop and deca can be mixed in the same syringe.. so you only have to make one injection

On the days i'm shooting both Prop and Deca i will be mixing them in the same syringe

But because Prop is EOD and Deca is every 3.5 days, sometimes i'll be shooting them on their own

If i went to ED with the prop at least i would know i wouldn't be injecting the Deca on it's own ever

Every time i injected Deca i would also be injecting Prop (prop ED)

There would still be days of just Prop there though (deca every 3.5 days)

However, shooting ED with Prop would make site rotation more difficult and would force me into using other sites besides glutes and quads

i got real good gains of EOD prop and used basically only thighs with some glutes

Thanx mate! Does it matter if i put deca50 first inside my syringe or test E vice-versa. Also, is it common for test E to contain 50mg per ml?
