    Fina

    I know that EQ,Winny,T-Bol,and Var gains are very keepable but how bout fina gains? Any personal experince would be greatly apprecited.

    Amount of gains kept, are usually based on you, and your pct game plan.

    i hope they're good cuz im about to run it for the first time

    i know this sounds generic, but i feel that with proper training, diet and PCT, gains are pretty keepable from any cycle...but id like to hear more...

    Not true Bro, gains are extremely hard to hold on to if they are a result of Dbol or anadrol . Then again it boils down to your definition of gains, the strength goes quick even with the best PCT after Dbol or anadrol..The weight isn't worth keeping since most is water from those two compounds anyway.

    Tren gains are very keepable, and I can only go by my experience with tren.

    of course, strength gains will go down after a dbol or drol run...but i think he was referring to size/muscle gains, and if you run proper ancillaries during your cycle, and keep everything else i mentioned in check, you should be able to keep the majority of your gains (quality)...

    I know that strngth will inevitably be lost. I posted the question because i have heard sp much about how keepable var amd tbol gains are sometimes with a short pct. I know that tren can give a similar lean hrad look and wondered if it was keepable like the previously mentioned.

    Just came off a 4 week prop/fina/dbol burst cycle. Put on about twelve lbs or so. Strength went through the roof. I have even been going up in strength during pct, but I am on 2ius of gh a day
