    guys what split is best.?

    i have been worries lately that maybe my muscels are not gettting worked enough. my split looks like this.... day 1 chest tris, day 2 back and bis, day 3 legs, day four shoulders abs, day 5 five.. off, is it wnough?

    Thats a very common split, should prob take another off day after back/bis. IMO

    1 body part every 7 days. ie. chest every mondays, back tues, legs wed, shoulders on thurs, bi/tri fri, sat and sun off

    I was doing the routine Consistency has listed until recently

    I'm now doing the 1 mentioned at the beginning of this thread

    It's a good idea to change routines every once in a while to shock your body

    Very True.

    Change is good, otherwise your body will adapt.

    Change up exercises, reps, intensity. Throw in some supersets etc...

    yes bros thanks for the advice i was asking abiout this mostly because i just switched to it and wanted to make sure i wasnt slacking, my old routine was just a little to much, six days on a week and i just oculdnt recover quickly wenough to accomodate such a split

    this is what i do though i had started doing my legs again on a sunday to try n get them up to speed as their lagging,bad idea then?
