is 40mg Tbol enough?

is 40mg/day of tbol enough to see decent strength/size gains for 4-6 weeks?
should i bump it up or combine it with var or?
...for someone around 6 foot 175 lbs

I would recommend 50-60 mg ED for 6-8 weeks, but starting at 40 ED for a week or two could give you an idea of how you will react to it.

At 175 lbs. I think that is a good doseage. I don't think you are going to see crazy size gains though as tbol doesn't really add a lot of mass like some other drugs. A lot of people seem to love tbol and have had good success with it when it comes to strength gains.

I am about to start a cycle kickstarting with Tbol at 40mg/ED for the 1st 4 weeks. I have done some research on Tbol and think 40mg/ED is a good starting dosage.

from what i've read, 40mg is good to start, as mentioned, assess tolerance, adjust as needed...you guys keep me posted on your results, i want to try that stuff out next cycle...peace

2 times a day is fine since tbol as a decantly long half-life of more then 12hours. But you can split it up into 3 doses.

I took 40mg ED, it helped, but I noticed a difference when I went up to 50mg

could i do 30mg a day for the first 7-10 days and then up it right to 50mg for the rest?

Id do a shorter cycle with 50mg ED.

Remember its oral, which means part of each consumption will be destroyed by the liver and never make it to your blood stream. Therefore the more days you take it the more overall destroyed amount...

So if 5mg is destroyed on each consumtion, that means 30mg ED for 50 days will results in 250mg being destroyed.

While 50mg ED for 30days would result in only 150mg being destroyed.

(Though 30 days is border-line to short of a cycle, I was just giving an example.)

This is the same reason you dont split up dosages but rather take it all at once.
