help on a cycle!

Looking for advice on a cycle.....

Background: 26 yr. old, 195lbs, been training solid for the last 4 years, this will be my third cycle.(1st=4 weeks of deca 200mg/week, w/ dina @ 30 mg per day--what was I thinking! 2nd cycle=Test cyp for 6 weeks @ 400 ml per week, 4 weeks of dina @ 30 mg per day, and 4 weeks of deca at 200 ml/week).

Saw some good gains from the second cycle, the first was mostly water weight....here's what I'm thinking about for my next one, please critique:

Week 1-2: 1-2 tabs of Anadrol per day
Week 1-8: 500ml of Test-E per week
Week 1-8: 400 ml of Deca/week

Will have novalex on hand throughout, and proper PCT, of course.

Here's my other questions, though:
1. I'm thinking of substituting winstrol for the deca, since my metabolism is rather slow, and I want to stay somewhat lean. How should I run the winny?

2. I've heard a lot of negatives about Anadrol, should I even mess with it?

you mean 400mg a week. dont you??

Winny won't do anything for your metabilism, switch to EQ and watch your carb intake

anadrol is pretty hard on your liver, so no boozin it, maybe if you wanan be on the safe side grab some milk thistle

I'm not a big drinker, so no problem there. I took milk thistle even when I was on D-bol.

You guys think I should run the deca throughout, or just the Test?

you've already ran the deca and test together so i say why not. i don't like the bloat from it but it gives me good gains. i would stop the deca 1-2 weeks before the test though. if you want lean mass i would go to eq like johnny b said. fina would not be a bad choice for lean mass but be careful not to go to high on the dose because of sides.
