alright, my first cycle:

wk 1-14 125 mg sustanon EOD
wk 8-16 20 mg winny
Proper Nolva/Clomid PCT

I'm using Letro throughout, I need a normal dosage for this... anyone?


does anyone know how long it should be before i notice a difference?


Also, I'm going to be taking clen for 6 weeks (with 1 week benadryl) at the middle, and also at the end (into the PCT) of cycle.. I'm gonna bulk until I finish this cycle (OCT 31st) then cut... got any tips for the cutting?

Mon: Chest
Tues: Back
Wed: Off (cardio)
Thurs: Shoulders
Fri: Arms (Cardio)
Sat: Legs
Sun: Off (cardio)

diet is 3000 clean calories, I'm 175 lbs and take in 340 g of protein a day
