Arrow Var vs. Deca regarding joints...which is better?

Which is better on joints? Var or Deca ?

Can Var be done alone without test? Would that prevent the fast twitch fibers from being recruited?

I have done both and I would say that Deca makes your joints feel alot better. Var made me strong and vascular but Deca seemed to make my joints/injuries feel better.

Is there anything out there that competes with Deca for joint/injury relief? Deca stays in my system way too long.
