    Dbol question

    Hello guys,
    I got a dbol question, when is it the best time to take dbol, is it before meals (20mn or +), just before meals, or just after meals.

    Took mine at lunch. About 3 to 4 hours before my workout. Works good for me.

    I don't think it really matters what time you take them... just make sure you are consistent...

    dont take them all at once spread it out thruw the day.

    yeah im taking them on 3 doses 10mg/10mg/5mg, i was just wondering if before meals would maximize the absorption....

    i have taken them with meals and on an empty stomach. the only thing a meal does is lessen any stomach discomfort... i get heartburn when i take it on an empty stomach..

    spread it out throughout the day for best results. I always used to do four doses when I took it. One first thing in the morning, one first thing in the afternoon, one just before training and then one right after.

    like polska...i was spreading mine out evenly through the day every 3 hours or so. had great results like that

    i take 20mg one hour before i train and have had good results,,just try different times
