Also, give us an idea about yourself 1st. Age, Heighht, weight, gender, cycle goal, bf% etc etc

bf%: no idea but not lean at all
Im new to this stuff. My goal is to loose body fat and get defined. What do these 2 do together?

adex would control some of the bloating and estrogenic effects of dbol . Seriously though dude, dbol alone is not good choice. How long have you been workin out? Maybe go read some stickies about beg cycles on here.

I have been working out for a about 9 months and other times on and off. Why isnt dbol not a good choice to take alone?

Bf% no idea but not lean at all...
Simple, you need proper diet and cardio.

dude 200 lbs at 6'3 is damn skinny from personally having friends who are similar stats. Have you trained seriously at all. I think you haven't lifted at all in your life and I am assuming your diet is horrible.
Post up what you have done for training in the past and what your diet consists of.

No current pic available. but my diet consists of 3 egg whites in the morning, chicken and salad in the afternoon, yogurt in around 3 with protein shake, 6pm work out, after work out fish, chicken or beef with vegitables with protein shake, and light snack at 9.
My goal is to get abs. i have a big problem with my mid section even though i do plenty of ab workouts

we all will recommend proper diet and training. you are underweight for your height yet have high body fat. if you can't even approach your natural potential, you would be wasting money on steroids .

The Process cannot be sped up bro. These guys are Vets, You asked for Help and they are telling you.
Diet is most important. Without Diet you get nothing.

You'd do yourself a favour by starting at step 1.
Find out what certain meds are for a start by reading the stickys. Read a few on the 'steroid cycle' section, then a few on the 'PCT' section. Good people have bust a gut to write these up for you and me.
When it starts to make sense come back and ask for deeper insight or clarification.
It's not negative replies, it's just annoying - you don't even know about your own basics, like bf%, let alone drugs etc - the board gets this daily.. Are you even a gym member? They will have bf% scales of some type..

Take the time to learn for yourself if you have any self esteem. You are dealing with hormones here. Not something to learn trial by error. It can do some serious damage. Dbol only will give you some results for about three months when you will be left with a big lack of motivation and nothing to show for it.
