    Need help cutting water

First of all, I'm open to using aldactone and lasix for water cutting. How should I do it, and what do I need to supplement with it? (meaning potasium...etc)

Do not take potassium supplements on aldactone. Aldactone is a potassium sparing diuretic taking potassium could cause a heart attack.
Here is what i would do.
    WED,THUR,FRI - 1 tab aldactone 3 times a day
FRI 6PM and 9am SAT(optional if needed) 1 Tab of lasix
Drink at least 2 gallons of water on mon until Fri at 6PM Friday cease water in take completely.

J Martini thanks for insight bro. Because I've been reading about Paul Dillet's Arnold Classic drama for 3 days now, trying to figure out where he went wrong.
