now alot of people up here are saying that running just eq for 10 weeks at 600 a week and running the winny starting in week 5-10 at 50mg a day. A person would probally not see much,,, so why is it in the novice cycle on this home page???

First time users will see gains off just about anything in my opinion.
those cycles need to be updated badly
