good stack to gain 15-30lbs.
I'm a newbie here whose been doing some research lately. I'm 6'0" 160lbs. 12% body fat and looking to put on between 15-30lbs. I have a very fast metabolism so it is pretty hard to put on weight naturally. I've been thinking about doing some deca and test 200. This would be my first cycle. Or maybe deca and winstrol . What do you guys think would be the best to obtain this? Would just 400mg of deca for 10 weeks even be worth doing? Any help would be appreciated.

Not deca and winstrol , that's not for putting on weight, that's more for leaning out
i'd recommend the most famous stack these days, which seems to be test + eq + dbol , i think you could gain a good 20-30 pounds if this cycle is done properly
Test E @ 400mg/week (10 weeks)
EQ @ 400-600mg/week (10 weeks)
DBol @ 30mg/day (4 weeks)

I heard that test/eq/dbol stack works great. It just seems you can never find that combo in the same place & time. Always someone to tell you differently or tell you about something better.

Heres a good one to get realy big
week 1-8 primo test 500 mg
week 1-8 deca 400mg
week 1-4 d-bol 25mg ed
clomid post cycle
and anti-est armadex

I would have to say that is Prob one of the most basic stacks that most people around here do.. Iam looking to do a D-bol Sust EQ stack my self...its gonna be the first one...

I did a Deca /D-bol stack about 6 month's ago, (which was also my first one) and I gained about 15-20 lbs. I went from around 165 lbs. to around 185 lbs. Here's what I did:
week 1-8= Deca 100 mg/week, 200,300,400,400,300,200,100.
week 1-8=D-bol 10mg/day,15,20,25,30,25,20,15.
week 9-10=HCG 5000 i.u.
These are pretty small doses, but I was definitely stoked with the results. I'll be doing another one soon, but with higher doses, of course. I'm getting greedy!!!

this is what i'll do 3rd cycle=
EQ500mg 1-10
T2005000mg 1-10
D-bol50mg 1-6 i got this basic cycle from this board and definitly i'll try it i heard good
results from it...

You first cycle, you could gain a lot from Deca , d-bol, winny.
1-8 400mg Deca injected twice weekly
1-5 25mg D-Bol split up 2 to 3 times daily
6-8 50mg Winstrol every day
Wait 2 weeks after last injection of Deca and start Clomid theropy
300mgs the first day, 100mg for the next 6 days, and 50mg for 2 weeks.

Ok.. lots of cycle suggestions here, but what about the questions we should be asking... such as what arthur asked, "how old are you". You should learn how to gain naturally long before you use any AAS. Do alot of research into training and diet, you will be amazed at how much you can grow naturally when everything is done right.
Sorry if I'm barking up the wrong tree, you may very already know how to train and diet, but you said "it is pretty hard to put on weight naturally"... which leads me to believe I should offer the above advice. Make sure you know what you are doing bro.

creatine not good when on juice i have read , u dont need to retain water from creatine, u retain a lot from the gear alone man, i have read on the contrary that your body accepts a lot more creatine while on juice but it all comes down to how much weight do you wanna lose post cycle, i would advise you to stay away from the creatine, definately go high protein, vitamins, h2o, eat clean if u want clean gains and get huge bro.

I agree with terinox cycle. The only thing he forgot but just probalby forgot to right it was clomid. You DONT need winny. You dont need to cut up your tring to put on size.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

Flex i inderstand that AS doesnt burn fat. But there are certain as that are more for cutting then bulking. Winny is for cutting IMO. YOTA is 6' and 160 He wants to bulk. You said it makes you look like you lost alot of bf. He is 12% and relativly skinny he doesnt want to look like he lost alot of bf.
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
