    just started superdrol..

    At 20 mg. a day, and I am on day 3, I will post results soon, but Have a question for now. I have been following a workout routine that is similar to this....
    Mon-chest/tris
    tues-back/bis
    wed-off
    thurs-legs/shoulders
    fri-off
    sat-begin routine again.

    The question is, while on thie 3 to 4 week cycle what would be a good routine to maximize results, and how often can i work out, do I need 2 off days like that. Thanks a lot...

    shoulda started with 10 if its ur first time then build up to 30.

    oh and about maximizing results, workout hard.
    sleep 8 hours a night. take some sort of energy booster when lethargy starts setting in (if it does at all). also eat right, i dont know what eating right for u is since i dont know ur needs and info. anyways the usual.

    Diet, Sleep, and Working Out.

    do you think results will be as good since I started at 20 instead of 10mg?? Thanks. ps. I take one around 8 am and one around 8 pm, is that ok.

    yea that dose time should be fine. but the reason i say start with 10 is u have more time to up the dose without going into a shit-ass feeling stage. 30 already made me have a real hard time fighting the lethargy, but anyways u may be different. results will be good however.

    - i started week 1 with 10mg ED, week 2 20mg ED, week 3 & 4 30mg ED. i gained 17lbs and strength shot in 4 weeks.

    how long should I stay on 20mg, should I stay for 1 or two weeks??

    since u already started 20mg, id say use it week 1&2. then 3&4 use 30mg. the thing is at about week 4 u'll think ur gains stopped. :[
