Talked to a sports nutritionist the other day and he advised not to mix water and oil based steroids in the same syringe but a few guys at the gym said it's fine. I'm taking fina and Test suspension and having to stick myself like 8 times a week is starting to suck. Is it okay to mix water and oil in the same syringe?
Some have said do not, but I have and have not had one single challenge. I would draw from the water based first as oil is better at keeping the bacteria at bay.
i think its fine. I do it often. After you put the oil and the water in the same barrel just give it a little shake & be sure to push the liquid into the muscle very slowly
