Well depends on goals, bbing would be size, power lifting strength. I like both, I am a pl that would like to have a nice body... No, I am a piss poor body builder that does alot of power movements(and eats like a pl too)
For me its strength.
Mine has to be size... :7up:
For me it's strength, what good is the size without the strength to back it up?
size :-D
Size. I am a bodybuilder through and through the weight is only a tool for me.
Seeing as how I've never really been in a fight (nor do I really want to), and I don't play any serious competitive sports.........its all about the looks, baby! :D
size
I'm actually very surprised to see all of the "size" votes.
lol :-D
size.....yeah i like to throw around serious weight, but when it boils down to it, it's all about the look....i thrive on knowing that im the biggest mofo in the room, and if im not, then i train harder
i would have to say strength because of sports, i dont care to get really big
Yeah we are all posers.Quote:

Has to be a little or alot of both.
Speak for yourself, I don't think people wanting size are posers. I was just surpised to see the cards fall that way.Quote:

LOL yeah i guess i was. Im not just size for the sake of size though i like to keep bodyfat and bloat under control. I really dont go more than 15-20pounds above contest shape.Quote:

Luckily strength seems to be a byproduct of size ;)
Not always depends on the individual and their genetics, Paul Dillet, Flex Wheeler and even jay Cutler are not that strong at all for their size compared to the likes of coleman.Quote:

i would say both but if i had to chose one it would be size
both of course!
From videos and the like, Dillet is renowned for it, also a very lazy trainer. Cutlers bench was from his first video a cut above.Quote:

It feels good int he gym to lift heavy and have strength. however for me when i am in tight shirt and look swoled up it is assumed I have strength.
All size..but with AS strength fallows not far behind
i think the fact that most guys go for size reflects the common desire to look like an alpha male and to impress girls.
in his profile on the muscletech website it says he benches 550lbs.Quote:

My opinion on this was that Strength increases are usually a precursor to increases in size. However, that proportion is an individual one. I have dense muscles, so I think a mofo would be pretty surprized by how hard I hit if it came down to it. lol. That and I probably have a high orientation to fast twitch muscles.
Personally, I look forward to having the exact size one day of PERFECT proportion, the strength of more than I look, GREAT flexibility, and to do zen like shiot such as yoga or any of those granola centering deals, and some formal fight training. This is just the first phase of my plot basically, building a good amount of mass to do the other things with. Of course, STRONG endurance will be another attribute heavily sought after and maintained.
Looks? Yeah, that'd be a VERY nice biproduct... and as I say, this is the funnest playground of identity that exists... I love that I've adopted it. Much more rewarding than showing who I am by the car I drive or stupid fashion I follow.
Both.
