Are you implying for a kick start to your cycle bro? If so take for 4/5 weeks at a minimum of 20mg ED depending on your stats?Quote:

If it's your first run with Dbol you can see nice gains from 25mg/ed/4 weeks , split the dosage up through the day.
i agree with 505,20-30mg ed would be a good start on dbol for your 1st time usin it,i have used it countless times and i never need to go over 30mg myself and i always get great results from that dose .
if u have 5mg tabs, split it 4 times through the day and remember half life is about 3.5-4 hours or so.
well this is what im going to be taking... Test Cyp, Winny tabs, and Dbol Tabs. Can someone give me a good way to use this cycle (have used winny and test before) this is my first time using dbol though

i would take 35 mg ED for the first 4 weeks....35mgED is a good starting point in my opinion..my first time i ran 50mgED and had great results, but thats me

my first time running dbol, i started at about 222 lbs, probably about 12%BF (6'1")...the reason i took such a high dose is my body has a very high tolerance for ANY drug, it always takes more than the "recommended dose" of anything to see results. thats how i have been all my life, so i always adjust accordingly and consider previous experiencesQuote:

yeah, drinking can get me in trouble as i drink sooo many in a short amt of time because i dont feel anything, then i lose count, go waaaaay overboard and bad things happen (which is why i dont really drink at all). having a few drinks is pointless to me, gets me no buzz, costs $, and i really dont enjoy it all that much...when i go out i usually stick to good ole h20Quote:
