IMO i would just stick with the sust this time round

i don't like the idea of changing from multi ester to a single ester

try the test e next time

oh! i forgot to post on what he said. He said that the recovery for sust is not good that enan is better and that I wouldn't keep very good gains as if i ran enanthane the last weeks.

Most ppl do it the other way around. Long ester until close to the end and switch to say prop.

i think you would recover of the sus nearly the same but if you worried about it. Do this you stop injecting your self with sus 18 day's before pct for the 15 day's after the last shot of sus run test prop at say 50mg ed stopping three day's before pct and you should line up fine

im also running a cycle of 500mg/week of sust

is it often recommended to slide into pct with a single esther like prop
or would it be adwquate to go without it and just start the pct 18days after my last shot?
