Stats: 5'11 190lbs. Bf%? 32 yrs old. Training 6 years. Diet in Check
Want some size and strentgh. First cycle proberly start in 2 months, want everything in lined first. Thanks


wk 1-4 Dbol 30mg a day
Wk 1-10 Test Enan 500mg a week 2 shots of 250mg. mon and thur proberly.
Gonna buy some 25g pins 1"(Delts and Quads) and 1.5" for glutes
wk 1-12 nolva 10mg a day
wk 1-12 ldex .25mg a day

PCT 2 weeks after last test shot.
day 1-30 clomid 100mg ED
day 1-37 20mg od nolva ED
day 1-37 .25 mg of ldex ED

Anyway to know if ur prone to gyno? I really don't want to battle that.
And also tryin not to get to much of that bloated look. What do you guys think?
